As a young child Jennifer studied under Broadway dancer, Toots Johnson. This is where Jennifer fell in love with tap and built a strong foundation in its classical form.  Jennifer also studied with The San Antonio School of the Performing Arts. Here she performed in a variety of pieces including The Nutcracker, West Side Story, and A Midsummer’s Night’s Dream.  Jennifer began assisting and teaching classes in high school at the San Angelo Civic Ballet. Beginning in 2001, Jennifer taught classes at The Pointe dance studio. She has also served as a rehearsal assistant and choreographer for River City Ballet. Additionally, Jennifer performed and served as a company member with the Shay Ishii dance company. Jennifer has taught with Central Texas Ballet Conservatory for 9 years with a total of 20 years of dance instructor experience.  Jennifer is also a certified teacher and currently teaches at Bowie Elementary school.  She loves sharing her passion for dance with her students!!!
